Savvas is the Director at Cube Audit with extensive experience in IFRS financial reporting and auditing. He joined the firm in 2015 and is responsible for the planning, budgeting and audit engagements of the firm. He also deals with tax issues, cash flow preparations and training of junior staff. Savvas specializes in international clients assignments, specifically with issues such as transfer pricing, portfolio valuations and consolidations. After completing his studies at the Athens University of Economics and Business (BA Accounting & Finance), Savvas joined HLB Cyprus in the Audit & Assurance department where he qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) in 2014. During his time at HLB, he was involved in the audit of both local and international companies across various industries such as trading, investments and retail. Savvas is also the anti-money laundering officer of Cube Audit where he is responsible for ensuring the firm’s compliance with KYC and AML procedures. Savvas is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a member of ICPAC.
